RPM led a team of 15 consultants supporting the introduction of the companies Lean Production System across their 10 vehicle and engine assembly plants.
This was a three year programme which started with training and initial application areas focussed on the front line staff and developed into Lean Learning academies focussed on developing the leadership and middle management to learn the skills required to sustain the changes being made. The project was completed successfully and furthered by the internal Lean team that had been trained in conjunction with the Lean rollout.
